I’m a designer specialising in UI/UX, Product/App Development and Interaction Design

Case Studies
Patrick App
is an AI-powered travel assistant designed to support air passengers during flight disruptions. It provides real-time aid, making stressful travel moments smoother, faster, and more personal.
Sprinkl
is a smart plant-vending ecosystem that combines thoughtfully designed machines, a supportive mobile app.
The Campus Reusable Cup Program encourages students and staff to ditch single-use cups by introducing a convenient, hygienic, and sustainable cup-sharing system across USYD campus.
Archived Case Studies
SoloStride
SoloStride is an accessible travel solution designed to support independent mobility for wheelchair users and travellers with mobility impairments.
Echoes of the Outback
is an atmospheric narrative game exploring memory, loss, and identity in the Australian desert.
Step by Step
is an interactive hopscotch system embedded into a public pedestrian corridor.
Step by Step: My Design Process
I approach each case study step by step, moving from research and strategy into design, testing, and refinement. In group projects, I often take on the role of team lead by helping organise the workflow, structure tasks, keep the project moving, and make sure each stage connects clearly to the final outcome.

1. Understand the Problem
I begin by defining the design challenge, project goals, users, and constraints. This helps the team stay aligned from the start.
2. Research
I use primary research such as interviews, observations, think-aloud testing, and surveys, alongside secondary research like precedent studies, literature, competitors, and existing systems.
3. Synthesize Insights
I organise findings into themes, pain points, personas, user journeys, affinity maps, and key opportunity areas.
4. Ideate
I sketch concepts, map flows, create storyboards, and explore different directions before narrowing the strongest ideas.
5. Prototype
I move from low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity Figma prototypes, testing layout, interaction, usability, and visual design.
6. Test and Refine
I conduct user testing, collect feedback, identify usability issues, and refine the design through iterations.
7. Present the Outcome
I turn the process into a clear case study, showing the problem, method, decisions, final design, and impact.
Design Ownership
Across my portfolio, I have taken the initiative to refine and elevate each project beyond its original form. By reworking flows, visuals, and interactions, I ensured that each case study reflects a strong, consistent design vision.
In team settings, I often step into a leadership role structuring the process, guiding decisions, and connecting research to design outcomes. This final body of work represents not only the projects themselves, but how I think, lead, and design.
A BIT ABOUT ME
I am a UI/UX designer who is passionate about creating beautiful and joyful digital experiences. Besides design, I love hiking, learning new things and travelling.
